So Good Pancakes

Ingredients (4-6 Servings):

  • 1 ½ cups Organic Cassava Flour
  • ½ cup Organic Cauliflower Powder
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond or oat milk (can swap with any milk)
  • 2 Tbsp oil or melted unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp of pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp sugar (optional)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon or nutmeg


  • Mix all the dry ingredients
  • Mix all the liquid ingredients and slowly mix in the dry ingredients
  • Heat up gridle or pan.
  • Pour in griddle and leave for about 3 mins on each side till golden brown(Add some water if too thick or more flour if too runny)
  • Serve hot with your favorite toppings, Tip – Follow same recipe for waffles
